  2. Other Achievements: I am consistently on the Honor Roll for my school.  For my senior year, I will be on my school's Senior Retreat Team (SRT). This is an honor at my school because all girls that are interested must apply to be on this team. I am looking forward to also being a Kairos leader. I am involved in many service projects and go above the required hours needed for school. I also received Pillar Awards for Preaching at my school.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I am very focused and dedicated. I am always able to complete the tasks that are placed in front of me and I believe that I would be able to balance studies as well as a sport. I am organized and am always on time and ready for anything.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I am dedicated. I am also willing to help my teammates where ever help is needed. I am able to joke and have fun times, as well as remaining focused on my game. I am personable and easy to talk to, and enjoy helping my team.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: Since I am planning on majoring in Chemistry or Psychology, I am looking for a university that has my desired major. While visiting colleges, I learned that some schools have a dedicated study area exclusively for their athletes and the athletes are required to put in a certain amount of study hours in order to compete.
  6. My college goals are:

To acquire my intended major in either Chemistry or Psychology. I also would love to golf in college and be able to widen my knowledge both in school and on the course.

  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: I am looking for a college golf coach that would always be able to help his or her players. I like coaches that are always able to pass on their knowledge and share their advice. Since a college coach would have the most experience, it would be helpful to learn what they know and broaden my golf knowledge and skill level.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are:

My drive and short game are my strengths of my game. I am able to drive the ball far and have improved my swing to make them more consistent. I am also good at chipping out of sand and around the green. When I putt, if I am unable to make the first one I usually leave myself set up for an easy second putt.

  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are:

The weaknesses of my game are my woods and long irons. My woods can be inconsistent at times. My long irons don't go as far as I would like them too, making it harder for me to carry the fairways on longer holes and when there is strong wind.

  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I work to improve my game constantly.  Even when I feel that everything is where it needs to be, I know that I can personally make my game better. I practice to improve all aspects of my game, and improve and apply new skills to every part of my game.
