All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements: I've played in quite a few tournaments of different levels over the years and have tried and done my best in all of them. I've made it to our high school state tournament the past three years and this past year I made the cut in some really nasty conditions.
  2. Other Achievements: I'm on the academic team and beta club at my school. I have a 4.0+ grade point average and am ranked number one in my class.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I work hard and I'm dedicated. I listen well and I'm willing to take tips or anything that can help improve my game.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I get along real easily with people. I really like to cheer my teammates on, whether they're doing good or bad. I've been playing on my highschool team since fifth grade. I know how to play on a team and support my teammates.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: I can learn a lot from and that will help me become a better golfer.
  6. My college goals are: To work really hard in both golf and academics.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: Can help me learn more about golf and that can have fun with their players.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are: My irons are usually pretty accurate and my drives are most of the time pretty straight.

  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: I'm not always consistent, I can have one really good day and the next could be really bad. My sand shots need some work, along with some of my trouble shots.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I work hard and as I continue playing in tournaments and learning through those, I'll learn more about my game and more about what I need to do to improve it.
Personal Statement
Academic Goals: Maintain a 4.0 GPA or higher and continue taking advanced placement classes. Graduate at the top of my class, and be able to have scholarships for both academics and golf.
