All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements:
I shared the lowest high school scoring average in York County with a 74.8 last year.  I  qualified for the district 3 tournament all three years of my high school career. I was selected as a YAIAA division 3 all-star all three years of my high school career.  I have medaled in 6 high school tournaments.  As a sophmore, my high school team won the York County Championship and finished in 2nd place in the district tournament.
  2. Other Achievements:
I have played basketball throughout my high school career and I played baseball until I was 16.  I have been on the York Catholic honor roll consistently throughout  high school.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer:
I have been a solid first or second honor student thoughout all of school.  I have been able to juggle team sports with my homework and studies.  In the spring, summer, and fall, I play golf.  In the winter, I play basketball.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because:
I  view golf as a sport where the team comes first - I like seeing my teamates doing well just as much as myself.  I would always give my best for the team's sake.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that:
would use my strenghts for the team's benefit.  I would love to be able to play golf in college.  I would also like to find a golf program that would enhance my golf skills.
  6. My college goals are:
to prepare myself for life after college.  I would like to do well in college and have a better vision of what direction my life will take afterwards.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that:
will see my strengths and weaknesses and help me make adjustments when needed.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are:
My iron play, chipping and distance control are good.
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are:
    inaccuracy in driving.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because:
I work as hard as I can every day to improve.  I live on a golf course and I practive every day!
Personal Statement
I live for competition - I feel that I can step up a notch when I am faced with a challenge or adversity.  I can usually keep a cool head and always look to the next shot.  My biggest goal is to play college golf .   I am currently working very hard toward that goal.
