  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer:

Good time management skills which has helped me achieve a fine balance between my academics and  demanding golf schedule. I'm also focussed and am determined to excel in whatever I undertake. I have the patience, am hardworking and a "never give-up" attitude towards my golf.

  4. I will be a good college teammate because:
    1. I'm a Team player and believes in giving my best in tournaments.
    2. I enjoy playing in team events, as I love the camaraderie spirit in team training, and supporting my team mates.
    3. I have a cheerful disposition and has enabled me to form strong bonds with my team mates.
    4. I am proud to represent my school and my country in golf events.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that:
A reputable university with a strong field of academics, and an excellent golf training programme.
  6. My college goals are:
    1. To do well in both my golf and academics
    2. Represent college for golf tournaments
    3. To form lasting friendship and excel in whatever I strive to do
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that:
    1. Can help me better my swing plane and correct my weakness in my golf game
    2. Be my mentor and confidant
    3. Can help me to acheive my full potential in golf
  8. The strengths of my golf game are:

My shortgame, putting in particular, as despite my short driving distance of 220 yards I can still manage shoot low 70s for 5900 yards course. I also perform well under immense pressure, often resulting in good scores on the golf course.

  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are:
My driving distance and bunker shots. I need to improve my driving distance, so that I will be left with shorter approach shots to the greens. Whenever I enter a bunker, I always struggle for a sandy save. Fortunately, that doesn't happen very often as my approach shots do not stray away easily. Long irons lack the distance and accuracy.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because:
I'm training in the gym for strength exercise and to build my stamina. I also practise my shortgame diligently as I feel that it is the most important part of the game. I try to practise as often as I can. Moreover, I'm often representing my country in overseas golf tournaments that expose me to various competitive levels as well as varied golf course conditions different from my country.
Personal Statement

Besides enjoying competitive golf, I like to excel in my academics to make myself a well educated sport girl. I love challenges and play well under pressure. I love to draw for relaxation. I mark all my golf ball by painting interesting picture on it, such as Garfield & Little Miss Sunshine  ..... Thus my golf ball is often the talking point among my flight mates.
