    3- time Junior Olympic Champion,  U.S. Open Champion, 5 -time Oregon State Junior Champion 


  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer:  I am a very passionate and enthusiastic person. I am also very dedicated to my studies, and enjoy golf for the challenge and the fun of the game.  I have played competitve golf since I was 8 years old and I am very comfortable in tournament play.  I am a leader and I believe that you lead by example.  As a team member I will do whatever it takes to help my team succeed. 
  4. I will be a good college teammate because:  I will work hard for my team and will help in anyway to succeed our goals. My strong work ethic and passion for the game inspires others to work harder. 
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: I am searching for a university that has a strong academic curriculum as well as an excellent golf program that will allow me to achieve my  goals. 
  6. My college goals are: My college goals are to be accepted to a college that meets my academic needs, and a university where I can be a member of the golf team. 
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that:  I am looking for a college golf coach that will inspire and challenge my competitive nature in golf.   
  8. The strengths of my golf game are: I have a good short game and am confident in my putting and swing. I have improved immensely over the last few months, and have been working on tightening my game and honing my accuracy on approach shots. I am very strong-willed and I don't give up. 
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are:  My weakness in my golf game is my mental game and how I control myself when I play. I have a hard time coming back when I make a bogey, and I am trying to fix that by focusing on each shot rather than the overall score. I am also working very hard to improve my ratios of successful up and downs around the green. 
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I think my golf game will continue to improve because I am constantly challenging myself to be better through hard work.
