  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I focus very well while I am in class and usually comprehend the material that the teachers are presenting. I put disappointment behind me quickly and continue to work hard in class and on the course.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I truly enjoy the team aspect. I will always be aware that every stroke affects the entire team and not just myself. I take much fewer chances on low percentage shots while playing team golf. I enjoy encouraging my teammates and building relationships with them.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: Has a good accademic reputation and a golf program that is competative in the conference and nationally.
  6. My college goals are: I plan to obtain a Masters degree in Business and possibly a minor in an undetermined curriculum.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: Encourages his players to improve and truly cares about our future as people.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are: My ability to hit most shots. I usually drive the golf ball well, typically hitting a good percentage of fairways. I typically stay away from too many holes of worse than bogey. I am a good long iron and fairway wood player. I also controll the distance of my short irons well.
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: Putting. I am sometimes too aggressive on first putts, leaving myself an uncomfortable distance on second putts which tend to lead to 3 putts. I occassionally get the driver stuck behind me, causing a block or quick hook. I need to improve the accuracy of my approach shots to allow for more makeable birdie opportunities. My distance with short irons is normally good, but I need to improve my accuracy.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: In college I anticipate structured workouts dedicated to my weaknesses which will improve my scoring consistency.
