All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements: Personally I don't like to brag about my golf achievements. However if i must reflect i would start with: I have won a golf tournament by 15 strokes,  placed third or above in every tournament in my 10&under and 11-12divison seasons. qualified for junior worlds at 14. qualified for a PARS championship(did not attend financial issues)
  2. Other Achievements: In school i am currently in the International Baccalaureate program and will graduate with my G.E.D. and my Int. Bac. diploma.  I also play hockey and my team went to regionals. I also coach hockey camps in the summer and have been recognized by many parents.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer:

Being a student athlete comes with a lot of responsibility, and I am very aware of that.  Which is why i live by the statement school comes first.  I am also a very open person, interested in learning new ideas and hearing all opinions.  I am also a good team player so whether it's learning or helping a teammate or sympathizing with a classmate I am happy to do it.  I have a lot of experience in being a captain so if needed I can step up and lead or I can take responsibilty for something negative and share the glory if it's positive

  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I will be a good college teammate because I am very humble and beyond willing to learn and teach.  I will always respect my teammates and respect myself.  I also have a good sense of humor and I'm always the first to make a joke and make people laugh. Finally I will always strive to become a better golfer and a better all around person.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: I am looking for a university and golf program that has some diversity, not only ethnically but in education and athletics.  Also I would want a golf program that would accept me for who I am and not make me conform to their style or methods.
  6. My college goals are: My college goals are to graduate with at least a bachelors degree in my major and hopefully achieve an assosiates degree in a second field.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: I am looking for a college golf coach that can at least teach me one new thing.  I would also prefer one that was chill and liked to make jokes, but was also serious when he needed to be.  It would also be nice if the coach was devoted to making his team better and bringing them closer together.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are: The strengths of my golf game are my short game, recovery shots, my distance, and my sense of humor.
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: The two things i need to work on are my mind game and my accuracy.  It's not so much that i spray the ball every which way.  But sometimes of the tee i get anxious or nervous and will miss the fairway. Which again ties back into my mind game.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I know my golf game will continue to improve because I am a very open person and enjoy learning new things, I am very devoted and a hard worker, and I want to beat as many course records as possible.
Personal Statement
I find every day to be a new one with hope and promise. I enjoy hanging out with friends, seeing new beautiful sites, and being happy.  I think this is why i enjoy golf so much.
