All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements:
    1. Competing in the FCWT National Championships in May 2009
    2. Making All-League Second Team as a sophomore in the competitive California region I play
    3. Receiving the Impact Player Award for Great Oak HIgh School--the first time given-- as a sophomore
  2. Other Achievements:

Played club/competitive soccer for 9 years (until 2008)

  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer:

I am well balanced. I am able to excel in academics and athletics. I am able to successfully manage my time with tough schedules at school and outside school. I have learned how to maintain my grades while focusing on my game.

  4. I will be a good college teammate because:

I have always enjoyed team sports and I am a good team player. Besides soccer and golf , I played several other sports growing up. My upbeat attitude helps to create a positive environment with my teammates and coaches. I demonstrate leadership on and off the course.

  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that:

is a good academic school with a solid golf program, preferably on the larger scale and with a spirited energy  demonstrated throughout the campus.

  6. My college goals are: to major in a pre-med degree (science or engineering), to play at a high level of collegiate golf, to make many friends, and to have an overall great experience.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that:

I can relate to and is enthusiastic about the game and competition and who can help me to improve over the years spent together.

  8. The strengths of my golf game are:

driving accuracy and chipping. Chipping is my favorite part of the game to practice because of the amount of different types of shots that can be played.

  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: consistency, which is continuing to improve, and distance.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: of my determination and athletic ability. In the short amount of time I have been playing, it has taken me a lot to get where I am and I continue to have the drive to get better each and every day. I have also been a successful athlete in several sports and while I started golf at a later age than most, I am hoping to excel in golf as well.
