All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements: I was first team all league as a freshman, sophmore, and junior. Sophmore and junior year I advanced individualy through sections and sub-sections. I  have also placed in the top 3 in my first and only 3 jganc tourniments.
  2. Other Achievements: I maintain a 3.33 GPA average. I also do volunteer work with my football team, and have maintained a job for over a year at the local golf course.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I am very competitive as well as responsible. I am a great team player and communicate well with others. I am also a leader and I always give it 100%
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I communicate well and I love the competitive atmosphere.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: Can help my golf game reach a higher level as well as my education.
  6. My college goals are: I want to major in sports nutrition and eventually get my masters degree.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: Can strengthen my weaknesses and make me an overall better player.

Personal Statement
I have always dreamed of becoming a professional golfer since i was a little boy, and i will give it all i can to see how far i can make it.
