  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I have pretty good time management skills and am a very determined and competitive individual.   I therefore work very hard in whatever I do, whether it be academics or sports.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I am an easy person to talk to and I know I would get along with those who love the same sport as much as I do.  My teammates also appointed me Co-Team Captain as a sophomore.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: will help me excel in both academics and golf.  I would like to be able to greatly improve my golf game and be on a team that surpasses other's expectations.  I want to be able to look back at my college experience and say, "Wow, I am so glad I chose where I did."
  6. My college goals are: to maintain solid grades while also becoming an extremely consistent and first-class golfer.
  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that: is down to earth and very knowledgeable in the game.  I would like someone who honestly wants me to excel both as a student and as an athlete.
  8. The strengths of my golf game are: Driving, long irons, and wedges.  I feel that I can consistently hit the ball solidly when it comes to these aspects.
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: Short irons and putting.  I do, however, strive to improve on these facets each and every day.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I have goals that I believe I will reach.  My current coach of two years has helped me to drop my stroke average by 15 strokes.  I may have started at a later age, but I feel that over the past 3 years I have greatly improved both as a golfer and person.  I also believe that with the many hours I have devoted to the sport (and continually will) I have the ability to play at a Division 1 School.
